What is an authorized user?

An Authorized User is any user with a valid email address provided at the time a customer's account was created or added subsequently by the account owner or another Authorized User.

Authorized Users may request information or make changes to a customer's account.

Only the Account Owner can transfer or port products/services to another account.

What can an Authorized User do?

An Authorized User has the following traits:

  • Receives copies of all invoices
  • Is able to add or remove other Authorized Users
  • Incur charges on an account
  • Make any account changes
  • Terminate service
