What is an authorized user?
An Authorized User is any user with a valid email address provided at the time a customer's account was created or added subsequently by the account owner or another Authorized User.
Authorized Users may request information or make changes to a customer's account.
Only the Account Owner can transfer or port products/services to another account.
What can an Authorized User do?
An Authorized User has the following traits:
- Receives copies of all invoices
- Is able to add or remove other Authorized Users
- Incur charges on an account
- Make any account changes
- Terminate service
