How to de-activate a Helix Telecom provisioned fax adapter.

• Sign into the Customer Portal. Click here for instructions if you need assistance with this step.
• If you have multiple accounts then click the account pull-down and choose the account you would like to modify.
• Click FAX from the left hand menu then the click FAX ADAPTERS submenu option.
• You should see a list of adapters assigned to your account.
• Click the Deactivate button from the right side of the screen corresponding to the MAC address of the adapter you would like to de-activate.
• Disconnect power from your adapter to complete the de-activation process.
