How to activate a Helix Telecom provisioned fax adapter.

Sign into the Customer Portal. Click here for instructions if you need assistance with this step.

If you have multiple accounts then click the account pull-down and choose the account you would like to modify.

Click FAX from the left hand menu then the click FAX ADAPTERS submenu option.

Enter the MAC address of the fax adapter as printed on the white bar-coded label found on the bottom or back of your device into the “Adapter MAC (12 hex)” field.

Enter the 10 digit Caller ID phone number into the “Caller ID (10 digits)” field.

Click the ACTIVATE button.

Disconnect power from your adapter for 15 seconds, connect the internet cable, reconnect power and wait 15 minutes for your device to complete the activation process. If you lift the handset, touch the keypad, disconnect network or disconnect power during the activation process then your device may be permanently damaged. Do not tamper with the device during the provisioning process.
