How do I create a new Cloud PBX account?

These instructions are for customers who would like discounted rates and online chat support.

  • Before beginning please have your bank issued debit or credit card ready. All new accounts require a $35.00 USD deposit. These funds are credited as payment on your monthly recurring service charges. Use of prepaid debit cards may cause your account to be disabled.
  • Disconnect VPN or any other privacy software. The bank issued debit or credit card billing address must match your IP location. Accounts created using any kind of VPN solution will be disabled.
  • Click SETUP A NEW CLOUDPBX ACCOUNT.
  • Click CREATE NEW CLOUDPBX ACCOUNT.
  • Complete the form with your debit or credit card information.
  • If your payment was successful then you will be directed to your new account portal.

Complete setup of your account:

  • Locate NAME ON ACCOUNT field. Remove all the letters and numbers contained in the field. Enter your name or company name. Click the SAVE icon. This step is optional.
  • Locate the ACCOUNT SECURITY PIN field. Locate the field labeled UNSET. Replace UNSET with a 4 digit security pin. Click the SAVE ICON next to this field.
  • Scroll down to AUTHORIZED USERS section. Enter a second/backup email address into the ADD ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED USER field. Click the SAVE ICON. This step is necessary if you loose access to your primary email account.
