My email server refused or deleted my incoming fax. Can you resend it?

Helix Telecom does not store customer fax data in an accessible format more than 180 seconds. This is the time required to receive, process, transmit and delete customer faxes.

If a customer's mail server is unavailable/offline then we will store outbound faxes in encrypted format for a period of approximately 4 hours. In an effort to secure our customer's data and remain HIPPA compliant Helix Telecom mail delivery service uses a proprietary encryption algorithm to store and distribute customer faxes. During this 4 hour period Helix Telecom staff can not access, modify or redirect outbound faxes.
