How do I test and confirm E911 is working properly?

Lift the handset of any Helix Telecom issued phone and dial 922#. The E911 system should play back your phone number and physical address.

If you receive an error please ask an Authorized User to submit a ticket containing the following information:

  • Helix Telecom issued phone number you would like used as the callback number in the event of an actual emergency.
  • The complete physical address where emergency responders should be sent in the event of an emergency.
