How can I access my voicemail from outside the office?
Helix Telecom offers a number of ways to receive or access voicemail. This can include a special or hidden option from an auto attendant, by dialing *98 or *97 from any Helix Telecom issued phone or by dialing the Universal Voicemail Access Line at 860-419-8000 from any touch tone phone. When dialing the Universal Voicemail Access line at 860-419-8000 you will need your 7 digit mailbox number. You can obtain your 7 digit mailbox number by dialing 650# from any Helix Telecom issued phone. If you need help locating this number then please submit a ticket.
