How do I use the Universal Access line?

The Universal Voicemail Access Line allows customers to access their voicemail from a remote location. The Universal Voicemail Access Line can be reached by dialing 860-419-8000 from any touch tone phone. After dialing this number you will be asked to enter a 7 digit mailbox number. This will route you to a mailbox of their choice.

If you do not know your 7 digit mailbox number please dial 650# from your Helix Telecom phone. You may also dial the first 3 digits of your account number followed by your extension number. If you are still unable to locate your 7 digit mailbox number please submit a ticket and we will be happy to help!

You will be prompted for your voicemail mailbox passcode. If you do not know your mailbox passcode please submit a ticket and we will be happy to help!
