Does Helix Telecom Support SMS forwarding to mobile phones?

Helix Telecom does not offer SMS forwarding to third party mobile phone carriers due to cost charged by third party mobile carriers and technical limitations.

Instead, incoming SMS and MMS messages appear on the Helix text message website at https://text.phone123.me, where you can read and reply using your portal login.

Until October 1, 2026 incoming SMS messages can also be forwarded to email addresses on your account (see How do I enable incoming SMS messages on my account?).
