Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026.

1. Policy summary

Account deposits are non-refundable. Port fees are non-refundable. Service charges for handsets are non-refundable. All other returns, exchanges, or refunds require prior written approval.

2. Account deposits

Deposits paid to open an account are non-refundable and are applied as a credit on your first invoice.

3. Port fees

Fees charged for number porting are non-refundable once the port request has been submitted.

4. Handset service charges

Service charges for handset configuration and activation are non-refundable. These charges cover labor performed to configure and activate the equipment for the Service.

5. All other returns, exchanges, and refunds

Any other return, exchange, or refund requires prior written approval. To request approval, open a support ticket at fixmyphonesystem.com/tickets/new and include your account number, the order or invoice number, and the reason for the request. Requests are reviewed individually, and approval is granted or denied in writing.

6. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on the payment method and your financial institution.

7. Services already provided

Charges for services that have already been provided are not refunded. Charges for a billing period are for the availability of the Service during that period, even if you choose not to use it.

8. Defective equipment

If equipment is defective, the warranty terms in the Terms of Service apply. Contact us through the support ticket page before returning any equipment.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy waives or limits any right you may have to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and nothing in this policy overrides any right to a refund granted by law. Where law requires a refund, the law controls.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
