What is your return policy?
Helix Telecom's return policy is based on the ordering method for your equipment or service:
- If you placed an order online via http://mynewphonesystem.com then please visit https://fixmyphonesystem.com and submit a new support request. Equipment unused, unopened and unactivated equipment purchased within the past 10 days may be returned for exchange or credit with prior approval.
- If you placed an order via a custom invoice please review the refund policy printed on your invoice.
- If you did not place your order online, do not have a copy of your invoice or you placed the order via any other method then your order was placed in accordance with the Helix Telecom Terms of Service and you do not quality for a refund.
