What is the Flash Operator Panel?

The Flash Operator Panel is used by floor managers and others who need to monitor agents live. From the Flash Operator Panel customers can:

  • Dial numbers from the web interface
  • Transfer Calls
  • Transfer Calls directly to voicemail
  • Pickup a call ringing at another extension
  • Listen to a call in progress at a different extension
  • Whisper to your employee while on a call without the other party hearing you
  • Hang up a call
  • Manage presence of agents in your organization (Available, Do Not Disturb, Out to Lunch, Break, Meeting)
  • Manage voicemail for any employee
  • Add and remove agents from queues
  • Personal picture phonebook
  • View conference call information

To use these features customers must login to a web interface with a valid username and password. The username and password dictates if an employee can manage just their own extensions or the extensions of all employees at the company.
