My automatic call recordings have strange names. What is the file naming convention for outgoing calls?

Files are named using the following format.

OUT-SOURCE_<MAILBOX NUMBER>-CID_<CALLERID ON EXTENSION>-TO_<PHONE NUMBER DIALED>-UNIQUEID_<RANDOM NUMBER>.mp3

For example.. If the file is named:

OUT-SOURCE_2001000-CID_8556154357-TO_8008291040-UNIQUEID_1397446692.739431.mp3

• The Mailbox Number is 2001000. The first 5 digits is the account number. In this example the account number is 20010.
• The Mailbox Number is 2001000. The last 4 digits is the extension number. In this example the extension number is 1000.
• The CallerID for extension number 1000 is 8556154357.
• The number dialed from extension 1000 is 8008291040.
• The Unique Call ID is 1397446692.739431.
