What is the cost to port a number to Helix Telecom?

Helix Telecom publishes all pricing for number porting on our online catalog by visiting https://mynewphonesystem.com. Pricing is based on the calling plan selected by the customer during account activation.

• Pricing for Standard port requests are $10 per phone number up to a maximum of 3 numbers.
• Pricing for Expedited port requests are $60 per phone number up to a maximum of 3 numbers.
• Customers who would like to port more than 3 numbers should request a custom quote.
• Customers who request multiple status updates or demand response times during the port process will be automatically resubmitted as Expedited ports and appropriate fees will be assessed.

Customers should be aware of the following regarding Expedited port requests:

• Not all carriers support Expedited port requests. Customers who require Expedited ports should contact Helix Telecom Sales Department in advance of submitting your port request to confirm the number qualifies for Expedited porting.
• Expedited port fees are paid to the carrier who owns the number being ported when the number port is submitted. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Customers who request cancellation of Expedited ports will be assessed a cancellation fee of $25 per number. If the cancellation fee is unpaid then Helix Telecom not responsible for loss of service if your number port completes without your knowledge.
• Expedited port requests are simply added to the bottom of the Expedited port requests queue for the carrier who owns the number. If the current carrier has sufficient staff to process current port requests in a timely fashion then paying Expedited port fees will not reduce the time between submitting your port request and the date your number ports.
• Expedited port fees are forfeit if the port does not contain accurate CSR information. For this reason customers submitting Expedited port requests should contact the carrier who owns the number(s) to be ported and confirm the CSR information submitted on the Helix Telecom Port Request Form is complete and accurate.
