What is Floor Monitor and how is it used?

Floor Monitor allows any owner of a Flash Operator Account to dial 4 + a 4 digit extension plus # and whisper to an agent while they are on a call. The most common use of this feature is with a cordless phone allowing managers to “roam the floor” while monitoring agents in real time.

In order to monitor an agent:

• The phone dialing 4 + the extension must be tied to a valid FOP account.
• The FOP account must have permission to monitor the target extension.
