What is a dynamic queue?

A dynamic queue allows customers to add or remove phones from a queue on demand.

What would I use a dynamic queue for?

If a customer runs a commercial on a local TV station generating a large volume of calls during a short period of time. During periods of high call volume additional staff members who does not usually answer the phones may be asked to join the queue and take calls to help alleviate the long wait times.
