What information is required to submit a port request?
Helix Telecom is a prepaid provider and we do not store customer information. For this reason Helix Telecom is required to obtain the following information:
- General contact information including your name, email address and phone number;
- The phone number you would like to port;
- The Customer Service Record (CSR) address;
- A copy of your most recent invoice from the loosing carrier.
