Is there a cost for sending or receiving SMS messages?

Helix Telecom does not charge for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages.

Please note: United States and Canadian mobile carriers require a Campaign Registry Identification Number before commercial SMS messages are delivered to cell phones. The Campaign Registry charges an application fee and a monthly license fee for that registration — see How do I obtain a Campaign Identification Number for the current fees. Those fees are billed through your Campaign Registry application, not by Helix Telecom.
