I updated my phonebook but some entries still contain old entries.

If an entry has been manually added to your phonebook or manually edited then the entry will not be updated when a new phonebook is applied.

Follow these instructions to remove the manually entered phonebook entry then download the updated phonebook.

• Confirm the phone has been reset to the main menu. The date and time should be visible on the display before beginning this process.
• Click the CIRCLE button (found in the middle of the 4 arrow buttons)
• Press the DOWN ARROW button until PHONEBOOK is highlighted
• Click the CIRCLE button (found in the middle of the 4 arrow buttons)
• Press the DOWN ARROW button until the entry you would like to remove is highlighted
• Click the CIRCLE button (found in the middle of the 4 arrow buttons)
• Press the DOWN ARROW until DELETE is highlighted
• Click the CIRCLE button (found in the middle of the 4 arrow buttons)
• Press the DELETE softkey button to confirm you would like to remove this entry.
• Press the DOWN ARROW button until DOWNLOAD PHONEBOOK XML is highlighted
• Click the CIRCLE button (found in the middle of the 4 arrow buttons)
• The updated entry should appear in your phonebook within a short period of time.
