I just received my invoice and my rates are higher. Why?

Customers who add or remove services from their account will be automatically updated to reflect the new pricing. If you are adding or removing services please be sure to ask how any service changes made to your account may affect your monthly invoicing or refer to our webstore for the latest pricing when calculating your invoice.
Helix Telecom may also adjust rates for customers who violate any portion of the Helix Telecom Terms of Service found at http://tos.helixtelecom.com.
If you would like a specific reason for a rate adjustment please review your most recent invoice or Submit A Ticket and a staff member will review your account.
