I am trying to pay my invoice but my card declined. Can you help?

The most common reasons a debit or credit card declines are as follows..

  • The street address entered does not match the street address on file with the card issuing financial institution. Please keep in mind the Billing Address for your card may be different than the address where your monthly statement is sent.
  • The card number or CCV was entered incorrectly.
  • The card issuer has put a fraud hold on your account.

Please contact your financial institution if your debit or credit card declines. The Helix Telecom Billing Department can “guess” as to why your card declined but the ultimate decision to authorize a transaction is made exclusively by the card issuer.

Late Fees

Helix Telecom encourages customers to pay invoices early by signing up for Automatic Billing. For this reason Helix Telecom Billing Department will no longer credit customer accounts for late fees due to declined payment.
