If you have a malfunctioning device Helix Telecom is happy to issue an RMA ticket where you can ship your equipment for service. Simply submit a ticket requesting an RMA and a member of our staff will be happy to help. Helix Telecom does not charge for warranty service or support for Helix Telecom equipment but customers are responsible for shipping costs. If the equipment fails within the manufacturer's warranty (without evidence of abuse) then we will replace the device free of charge.
Before you send equipment for repair we strongly encourage you to contact a reputable network technician to review your current network and power configuration.
