How to reset my portal password.

Customers entering an invalid email address and password combination multiple times will be unable to access the Support Portal until the following day. If you are sure a valid support account was created previously then follow the instructions below to reset your password. If you are not sure a valid support account was created previously then click here to create a new account before trying to reset your password. All customers must create a support account to access the portal. Receiving communication emails from Helix Telecom does not imply you have a support account.

Follow the instructions found below step by step. All images shown below may be enlarged by clicking on them.

Step 1

  • Click RESET YOUR PASSWORD HERE link.

Step 3

  • Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Click the SEND EMAIL button.

Step 4

  • If successful you should receive the message shown in the image below.
  • If you do not receive a password reset link then check your spam folder, contact your email administrator for assistance or sign in with a different email address.
  • Click here for a list of email hosting companies that will not work with Helix Telecom service. This list is provided to customers when setting up new service. Customers who skip this warning may be unable to access their account without contacting their email administrator for assistance.

Step 5

Antivirus software and other security software may prevent you from clicking the link shown in the image below. If you are unable to complete this step then contact your computer repair technician for assistance. Helix Telecom does not provide technical support for customer equipment.

  • Read the password reset email message.
  • Click the link highlighted in the image below.

Step 6

  • Re-enter the same email address used in previous steps.
  • Click the LOGIN button.

Step 7

Please remember you are responsible for account security. Please use strong passwords.

  • Enter your new password into the first box.
  • Enter your new password into the second box.
  • REMEMBER YOUR NEW PASSWORD.
  • Click UPDATE.

Step 8

  • If you see 3 password boxes then your password was saved. Skip this step.

Step 9

  • Click the ACCOUNT link at the top of the page.

Step 10

  • If you are prompted to leave the page then click LEAVE or OK. Do not click CANCEL or BACK.

Step 11

  • Enter the email address used in the previous steps.
  • Enter your NEW PASSWORD. You were instructed to remember this password in the previous step.
  • Click SIGN IN.
  • You should now be signed into your account.
