How to cancel a phone number.

All account related discounts will be removed upon cancellation of any products or services. If cancellation of an extension or phone number will cause the total monthly recurring charges on the account to increase then you will be contacted via email/ticket to approve the cancellation.

• Sign into the Customer Portal. Click here for instructions if you need assistance with this step.
• If you have multiple accounts then you will be prompted to select an account. Select the account you would like to modify.
• Click the yellow CHOOSE SECTION pull-down.
• Select PHONE NUMBERS.
• Your screen will scroll too the PHONE NUMBERS section.

All phone numbers assigned to your account will appear under the PHONE NUMBERS column. Phone numbers are usually 10 digits.

• Next to each phone number is a trashcan icon. Click the trashcan icon to generate a cancellation request.
• Cancellation requests are processed by the Support Department during normal business hours. Most orders submitted during business hours are completed within 15 minutes but may take as long as 1 business day.
