How to add funds to a Pay Per Minute account balance.
Helix Telecom Terms of Service requires all customers to maintain a valid payment method on file. If your payment method on file is invalid please check your most recent invoice for available payment methods and add a valid payment method such as a debit card, credit card or bank account to complete this process. If you fail to maintain a valid payment method on file then your account may be disabled and a return payment fee assessed to your account. Accounts with unpaid service fees may be able to make or receive calls until payment is completed in full.
- If you have multiple accounts then you will be prompted to select an account. Select the account you would like to add a phone number too.
- Scroll down to Pay Per Minute Balances.
- Below Pay Per Minute Balances locate Domestic Pay Per Minute Balance.
- Locate the field labeled Add Funds to PPM Balance.
- Choose the deposit amount.
- Click the SHOPPING CART icon to complete the deposit.
