Locate the section labeled Voicemail Boxes & Call Logs or similar header.
Locate the extension and passcode for the mailbox you would like to update.
Note the 4 digit extension number and voicemail passcode.
Click the link for the Voicemail and Call Logs Portal.
Enter the extension number and voicemail passcode from the previous steps.
Click Settings from the left hand menu.
Enter the new Voicemail Passcode into the Voicemail Passcode field.
Enter the new Voicemail Passcode into the Enter again to confirm field.
Complete any additional configuration changes.
Click UPDATE
