How do I update my voicemail greeting?
Here are the instructions to update your voicemail greeting.
- Dial *98# from any Helix Telecom phone
- When prompted enter the extension number of the mailbox you would like to update
- When prompted enter the voicemail passcode for the mailbox you entered. The default passcode is 1234.
- Dial 0 for Mailbox Options
- Press 1 to record your unavailable message
