How do I update my voicemail greeting?

Here are the instructions to update your voicemail greeting.

• Dial *98# from any Helix Telecom phone
• When prompted enter the extension number of the mailbox you would like to update
• When prompted enter the voicemail passcode for the mailbox you entered. The default passcode is 1234.
• Dial 0 for Mailbox Options
• Press 1 to record your unavailable message
