How do I submit a MTR Report to Helix Telecom?
If you do not have permission to install software on your computer, you are not comfortable installing software on your computer or you need assistance please contact your computer technician for assistance.
You must download and install WinMTR on a Windows computer. If you are running Mac or Linux then please contact your computer technician for assistance. Mac and Linux both contain MTR applications but require increased skill level to install and use.

If you are not sure what version to download and run then try both. Downloading and running the wrong one will not hurt your computer.

After launching WinMTR and the interface shows on your screen follow these instructions:
- Enter www.helixtelecom.com into the HOST field.
- Click OPTIONS button. You should see a window open.
- Uncheck RESOLVE NAMES.
- Click OK to close the window.
- Wait until you experience technical issues with your phones or internet.
- Press START.
- Wait a minimum of 60 seconds.
- Click COPY TEXT TO CLIPBOARD.
- Paste the results in your response to the Infrastructure Department.
