How do I remove a temporary voicemail greeting?
Here are the instructions to remove your temporary voicemail greeting.
- Dial *98# from any Helix Telecom phone
- When prompted enter the extension number of the mailbox you would like to update
- When prompted enter the voicemail passcode for the mailbox you entered
- Dial 0 for Mailbox Options
- Press 4 to manage your temporary greeting.
- Press 2 to remove your temporary greeting.
