How do I receive notifications for new, incoming faxes?

Helix Telecom's fax service is a analog line replacement for a traditional phone line. The only notification you may receive is when your fax machine rings, answers an incoming fax call and prints the fax on the fax machine it is connected too. The ringer volume and any additional notifications may be offered by your fax machine.

If you would like faxes delivered to your email in addition to the fax machine then please submit a ticket with the email address(es) you would like incoming faxes delivered too and the fax number. This feature is only available to Helix Telecom fax adapters.
