How do I receive my voicemails in my email inbox?

The feature allowing customers to receive a copy of their voicemail via email is called Email Notification of Voicemail. These instructions will explain how to enable Email Notification of Voicemail.

Follow these instructions to obtain your Portal Address:

  • Locate the Voicemail & Call Logs section of your account.
  • Enter the email address where voicemail notifications should be sent in the Email Notifications column.
  • Click the SAVE icon next to the Email Notifications field.
  • Your page will refresh.
  • After your page refresh completes change the ATTACH MP3 pull-down to Y.
  • Your page will refresh.

If the End User would like to manage these settings then the Authorized User should locate and share Voicemail and Call Logs Portal Address with the end user.

  • Visit the Voicemail & Call Logs Portal address found in the Support Portal.
  • You will be prompted to login to your extension. Enter your 4 digit Extension number into the first field, Voicemail Passcode into the second field then click SUBMIT. If you do not know your extension number and voicemail passcode please ask an Authorized User to obtain or set this information from the Support Portal.
  • Click SETTINGS from the left hand menu.
  • Next to the field labeled EMAIL ADDRESS check the box labeled ENABLE.
  • Enter your email address into the EMAIL ADDRESS field.
  • Check the box labeled ATTACH VOICEMAIL TO EMAIL if you would like to receive a copy of your voicemails in MP3 format with your when someone leaves a message.
  • Click the UPDATE button.
