How do I connect via intercom to a single phone?
Helix Telecom does not permit inter-account intercom or paging. If you have any questions about this process please submit a ticket
Follow these instructions to place a single extension on intercom:
- Dial
80
+ the 4 digit extension of the person you are trying to reach +#
- If you hear a beep begin speaking.
If the person receiving the intercom request is on the phone or unavailable you will be prompted to dial the number directly. The call may then be sent to voicemail or forwarded depending on the configuration of the recipient's extension.
