How do I access my voicemail box from my own phone?

The following instructions and additional information can be found in the user manual for your handset.

  • Lift the handset or press the speaker button.
  • Dial *97#.
  • When prompted enter the voicemail passcode for your mailbox. The default voicemail passcode is 1234.
  • Follow the audio instructions.
