Does Helix Telecom support CallerID Name service?
This information does not apply to CallerID Number Service. CallerID Number Service is free for all customers.
CallerID Name is a service that lets you know who's calling you by displaying the name and phone number of the person calling. This information is obtained by contacting the caller's phone company and requesting the caller's subscriber information for each incoming call. Helix Telecom is charged by the caller's phone company for each incoming call to a Helix Telecom number where CallerID Name Service is enabled.
Helix Telecom charges $10/mo per phone number for CallerID Name Service. Customers who would like to enable this service should Submit A Ticket including the phone number(s) they would like configured to use this service.
