Does Helix Telecom pay for shipping charges for warranty repairs?
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping equipment to Helix Telecom. Helix Telecom will pay all shipping costs to return equipment to our customers.*
Customers are responsible for returning equipment to Helix Telecom for repair or replacement in the event of failure. Upon repair or replacement of equipment Helix Telecom will return equipment to the customer using the same method it was received.
As an example a return sent to Helix Telecom via USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground will be returned via FedEx Ground. Equipment received using UPS Overnight or USPS Express Air will be returned using FedEx Overnight. Helix Telecom does not guarantee the equipment will be returned via the same carrier.
* Equipment returned to Helix Telecom with evidence of abuse, neglect or damage is not covered by Helix Telecom's free return policy.
