Does Helix Telecom offer referral and/or reseller options?

Helix Telecom does offer customers both referral and reseller options.

You are welcome to purchase services and resell them at any rate they would like. The average reseller rate for our services is $22/extension. Helix Telecom will offer you an additional 20% discount on service when you reach a total of 100 extensions and you are signed up for ACH payments for all of your accounts.

You are also welcome to simply refer customers.

You must choose one of the following options to receive a referral credit for new customers:

• You may request a paper check equal to the average of the new customer's first 3 monthly invoices. The new customer must be signed up for a period of 120 days without a late payment.
• You may request an account credit equal to the average of the new customer's first 3 monthly invoices. The new customer must be signed up for a period of 120 days without a late payment.
• You are also welcome to sign up for a referral account. Referral accounts will be automatically credited 20% of the new customer's monthly bill for the duration of their account. When your referral account reaches a threshold of $250 we will be happy to mail you a check for the balance of your referral account. This plan is best for customers who refer multiple new customers.

Helix Telecom's referral program is limited to unrelated third parties located inside the United States.
