Does Helix Telecom accept payments by phone?

Helix Telecom does not accept payments by phone.

All payments with debit card, credit card or bank account must be submitted online using the payment links found on a recent invoice.

Customers who prefer to pay with Bitcoin must submit a support request. Our staff will respond with a Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash wallet id. Payments are credited when confirmed by our Bitcoin payment software.
