Can I send bulk faxes or fax spam?

Helix Telecom requires the customer to obtain verbal permission from the recipient before sending most faxes. It is the sender's responsibility to document explicit, written permission from the recipient before sending any advertisements.

Customers who send more than a few faxes per day will be flagged for review.

Any complaint from a recipient, Federal Communication Commission (FCC), Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), other regulatory authority or third party carrier would constitute a violation of Helix Telecom Terms of Service.
