Can I change my extension number or SIP password?

If you need to change your extension number please Submit A Ticket. A member of our staff will work with you to select a new extension number. Please note if your account is less than 15 days old there is no charge for this service. If your account is more than 15 days old then the cost to delete your old extension and create a new one is equal to one month of service for the extension.

Helix Telecom staff can not change your SIP secret/password for an extension. If you need a new SIP secret/password then you must cancel the old extension and pay for a new extension.

Customers should be aware deleting an old extension will result in the destruction of all voicemail recordings and call logs associated with the deleted extension.
