The two most common causes for a bad phone display is a bad network cable causing the phone to short circuit or the power cord has failed. If moving the phone or network cable causes the display to fail then check to confirm all cables are securely attached to the phone then submit a ticket. You may need to send the phone to Helix Telecom for testing, repair or replacement.
