After a fax you send by email is processed, you will receive a final email showing the outcome:
Delivered — the fax was received by the destination.
Failed — the fax could not be delivered. The email includes a log of each delivery attempt with the date, time, result, and a plain-language reason (for example, “The line was busy” or “The fax machine did not answer”).
Fax not accepted — your fax was not processed (for example, no
PDF or TIF attachment was attached, or your email address is not registered). The email explains how to resend.
If a delivery fails you can correct the problem and resend. If you need assistance, please contact support.
