Call Parking allows a customer to place a person on hold then retrieve the call from any other Helix Telecom phone.
If the call is not retrieved after 180 seconds the call is forwarded to the extension who parked the call.

. You will hear your 3 digit space number for CALLER A.Follow these instructions to retrieve the call from another location:
*40
+ the 3 digit space number where the call was parked + #Wait 3 minutes. The caller will be automatically forwarded back to the extension they were parked from.
