How do I close my account?
Sign into the Customer Portal. Click here for instructions if you need assistance with this step.
If you have multiple accounts then you will be prompted to select an account. Select the account you would like to add a phone number too.
Scroll to the top of the page.
Click the yellow CHOOSE SECTION pull-down.
Select GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the list of options.
Click the red CLOSE ACCOUNT button.
